What does the service include?

1. Setting up a Creative Building Room in your company

  • A specially designed space – to inspire and develop children’s cognitive, emotional, spiritual and social intelligence through innovative, scientifically grounded programs.

2. Practical Masterclass for Specialists consisting of 4 modules

4. A psycho-pedagogical program ISLAND, 10 sessions. The program is based on a scientifically grounded methodological framework and is officially licensed for implementation in Latvia and Ukraine:

  • Supports education and creates an ecologically aligned, child-nature-respectful learning environment
  • The program can also be transformed into a rehabilitation program that fosters children’s holistic health and reduces psychosomatic symptoms
  • In addition, the program is suitable for organizations working with children, as it facilitates reflective, heart-centered dialogue with children
  • Within a church context, the program supports conversations about life, the meaning of life, and God, thereby contributing to the development of children’s inner freedom and personal philosophy.

5. As a continuation of the program, the book How to Raise a Person with a Great Big Heart. Stories and Games for the Development of Children’s Spiritual Intelligence has been created

  • It is a published inspirational program that can be used both in the family environment and as a follow-up program to the ISLAND program.

6. Four supervision sessions for trained specialists to support effective program implementation and methodological consistency

    The program had a transformative impact on students. They became more confident in expressing their thoughts, more open to the world, and noticeably more positive in their attitudes. The class microclimate improved — pupils interacted with more care, empathy, and mutual understanding. Parents also observed meaningful changes at home: children communicated more, shared their ideas, and expressed their talents with pride. Several individual cases highlighted the program’s deep effect. Martha, once a quiet and inwardly oriented girl, opened up and discovered a passion for creating different types of dragons; she even led a masterclass for her classmates. Brothers Marcus and Karlis, who had struggled with self-control, both showed significant improvement.

    The children really love the sessions! They look forward to each one and keep asking: ‘When will we have the next class?’ This inspires me so much as a leader! In the beginning it’s difficult for the children to speak and answer questions — it happens only with the support of our teachers. Every answer feels like a precious pearl.     Free building as a hobby in my free time and as an additional school subject has taught me to recognize what I truly feel — and this understanding of my inner world is exactly what helps me stay true to my calling as a violinist.     I am grateful for the opportunity to become acquainted with the Spiritual Intelligence Program, to learn how to apply it, and to help bring positive change into children’s lives. You may be interested in how things are progressing for us. We have already completed five sessions, with five more still ahead. The preschoolers and first-grade students are happy, although they sometimes feel that certain tasks are challenging. The third- and fourth-grade students are also happy, and the program suits them well. As for my personal experience, the children maintain their attention very well during the sessions. Their inner wounds are opening up—wounds that can be named and spoken about. I am not sure whether all these changes will be clearly reflected in the questionnaires, but from my perspective, the changes are definitely happening. This is a very valuable program, and I truly want to learn how to apply it well. I see that supervision is essential. Therefore, I am very glad that I will have the opportunity to gain the necessary knowledge, skills, and certification to implement this program in my city. Children truly need it.
