The program had a transformative impact on students. They became more confident in expressing their thoughts, more open to the world, and noticeably more positive in their attitudes. The class microclimate improved — pupils interacted with more care, empathy, and mutual understanding. Parents also observed meaningful changes at home: children communicated more, shared their ideas, and expressed their talents with pride. Several individual cases highlighted the program’s deep effect. Martha, once a quiet and inwardly oriented girl, opened up and discovered a passion for creating different types of dragons; she even led a masterclass for her classmates. Brothers Marcus and Karlis, who had struggled with self-control, both showed significant improvement.

The children really love the sessions! They look forward to each one and keep asking: ‘When will we have the next class?’ This inspires me so much as a leader! In the beginning it’s difficult for the children to speak and answer questions — it happens only with the support of our teachers. Every answer feels like a precious pearl. It helps a lot that we, as teachers, also participate honestly in the games ourselves — we draw, build, and share alongside the children. My own daughter also attends the sessions. On our way home, we had deep conversations. I truly enjoy these classes myself, and I can clearly see the children’s joy as well.

I am grateful for the opportunity to participate in the professional development programme designed to prepare specialists to use a specially developed programme aimed at fostering children’s spiritual intelligence. The course provides a profound spiritual foundation and helps master practical methodology that enables children to get to know themselves, talk about themselves, respect themselves, and discover their strengths—their inner resources. The main mission of the programme I received during the course is to cultivate human values in children. I believe that this programme is significant—and even vital—for modern education and for children.

The children really enjoyed the building activities. And it is such a great satisfaction to see that after the sessions the children don’t want to go home. It is wonderful that we can create an environment in the church that truly engages them. During the first session, maintaining discipline was difficult, but with each following class the group became more organised. Everyone wanted to earn stars! The self-control system included in the programme is a very helpful tool. Thank you for this programme!

Free building as a hobby in my free time and as an additional school subject has taught me to recognize what I truly feel — and this understanding of my inner world is exactly what helps me stay true to my calling as a violinist. It helped me realize that this is my vocation. And creativity — while building, I expressed myself and searched for solutions to bring my ideas to life. Now, when I play, it gives me the awareness that I can always find new solutions, especially when something doesn’t work out. Even when I practice technique purely on a technical level, it helps me search until I find what feels right for me.

I am grateful for the opportunity to become acquainted with the Spiritual Intelligence Program, to learn how to apply it, and to help bring positive change into children’s lives. You may be interested in how things are progressing for us. We have already completed five sessions, with five more still ahead. The preschoolers and first-grade students are happy, although they sometimes feel that certain tasks are challenging. The third- and fourth-grade students are also happy, and the program suits them well. As for my personal experience, the children maintain their attention very well during the sessions. Their inner wounds are opening up—wounds that can be named and spoken about. I am not sure whether all these changes will be clearly reflected in the questionnaires, but from my perspective, the changes are definitely happening. This is a very valuable program, and I truly want to learn how to apply it well. I see that supervision is essential. Therefore, I am very glad that I will have the opportunity to gain the necessary knowledge, skills, and certification to implement this program in my city. Children truly need it.
