About the Company

We are an interdisciplinary company dedicated to developing and implementing science-based, innovative solutions that integrate Health Innovation, Mental Health, Well-being, and Education Innovation for children aged 4–11, serving families and organizations.

Our mission is to support the development of children's Spiritual Intelligence, fostering personality development, emotional and social growth, meaning awareness, and cognitive development through structured, research-backed methodologies. These approaches are applicable in schools, healthcare institutions, family environments, and community centers.

Our flagship innovation, KRAFTINNER – Free Building Play, provides an ecologically and developmentally tailored environment with programs that therapeutically support children's spiritual, emotional, and physical development. The methodology combines evidence-based practices, child-centered design, and transformative learning experiences to cultivate resilience, creativity, and inner balance.

The company brings together experts in psychology, education, health, child development, and economics to create practical, scalable, and scientifically validated solutions. Our vision is to empower the next generation to become emotionally resilient, spiritually strong, and capable of creatively addressing life's challenges, contributing to healthier, more balanced, and innovative societies worldwide.

The Creative Team

Ina Grasmane

Dr. Ina Grasmane

Psychologist, consultant, and existential psychotherapist in training, as well as a lecturer at Daugavpils University and the leader of an international research project. She is the author of an innovative approach to fostering Children's Spiritual Intelligence, KRAFTINNER approach promoting holistic child development through a value-based psychopedagogical framework. Her work integrates theory, practice, and lived experience, with a strong focus on children's inner world, identity formation, and meaning-making. Ina is deeply committed to supporting the emotional, spiritual, and social development of children and young people, while also empowering educators and parents on their own transformative professional and personal journeys.

Oskar Langert

Oskar Langert

Oskar holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from JLU Giessen and is an incoming Master's student in Applied Economics at the University of Vienna. With a diverse interdisciplinary skill set, he is particularly interested in bridging different disciplines and combining resources from various backgrounds to contribute to the development of innovative educational systems. His work focuses on creating frameworks that support the growth of young people, equipping them to respond to contemporary and future global challenges.

Beyond his academic pursuits, Oskar has a strong interest in geopolitics, history, economics, state and international institutions, and literature. He is a board member of the Austrian company Future Horizons and Innovation, which is responsible for the implementation and dissemination of the KRAFTINNER approach in the Austrian market.

Normunds Grasmanis

Normunds Grasmanis

Normunds Grasmanis is the Technical Production Manager responsible for the production, logistics, and international distribution of Kraftinner Free Building materials. He oversees the organization of manufacturing processes, delivery, and distribution across multiple countries, ensuring quality, efficiency, and scalability.

In Chortkiv, Ukraine, the Therapy Home is being reconstructed to serve as an experimental laboratory for testing an innovative approach to education that is ecological and aligned with children's nature, aimed at developing children's spiritual intelligence and exploring growth opportunities in an international context.

Currently, initiatives are underway in Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Ukraine, Slovakia
