The International Academy of Integrity & Innovations, in collaboration with Daugavpils University, as well as universities and educational organizations from Ukraine, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia and Spain, develops and implements professional development programs for specialists.
An international Erasmus Mundus Master's program in Education Holistic Master's in Education: Eco-Competencies for Human Values and Innovation is currently being developed in collaboration with four universities: Daugavpils University (Latvia), Ukrainian Catholic University (Ukraine), Castilla La Mancha University, (Spain) and Palacky University in Olomouc (Czech Republic).

psychologists, psychotherapists, teachers, social workers, police officers, chaplains, military professionals and other specialists who provide assistance to others in crisis situations
The program aims to strengthen professional competence for psychologists and other support profession specialists who work with individuals in crisis situations,promote personal and professional growth, helping to develop new skills and approaches for crisis management,improve the ability to provide effective emotional and psychological support, facilitating long-term recovery and resource restoration in crisis situations, expand understanding of restorative practices and their application in various crisis situations, such as natural disasters, social crises, or personal tragedies and offer therapeutic, restorative support to professionals working with individuals in crisis situations.
In Chortkiv, Ukraine, the Therapy Home is being reconstructed to serve as an experimental laboratory for testing an innovative approach to education that is ecological and aligned with children's nature, aimed at developing children's spiritual intelligence and exploring growth opportunities in an international context.

As part of the Daugavpils University (Latvia) psychopedagogical intervention program for developing children's Spiritual Intelligence has been developed and its effectiveness has been scientifically studied. The program is being implemented in schools in both Latvia and Ukraine.
